A booking is a better signal than a form.

For anything that starts with a site survey or a consultation, the meaningful conversion is a time in the diary. Siteleon carries the visitor's context into your Calendly booking link, then reads the booking, the cancellation and the answers to your booking questions back. The page that fills next week becomes visible — and so does the page that only fills your inbox.

What connects

You connect your Calendly account and map the event types you offer to the services in your business knowledge. Booking links placed on your pages carry a reference so each booking knows where it came from.

What data moves, and which way

  • Received: bookings with the event type, the time, the invitee's name and email, and the answers to your booking questions.
  • Received: cancellations and reschedules, so a page is credited with kept appointments rather than intentions.
  • Received: the event types you offer, so a booking can be tied to a service rather than a label.
  • Sent: the page, campaign and enquiry reference attached to the booking link a visitor clicks.

What Siteleon can do with it

  • Tell which service pages produce site surveys and which produce enquiries that need chasing for a week.
  • Put the booking on the customer record as the next step, directly beside the enquiry that came before it.
  • Spot a page with strong traffic, a visible booking link and almost no bookings — usually wording or the times on offer.
  • Compare the services people book for with the services you have written most about.

Things you could ask for once it is on

  • Which pages produced booked site surveys this month?
  • How many surveys booked from the Alicante page were cancelled or rescheduled?
  • Add the booking link to the commercial maintenance page and tell me next week whether it changed anything.

Setting it up

Four steps, in this order.

  1. 01Connect your Calendly account from Integrations.
  2. 02Choose the event types Siteleon should track and map each one to a service.
  3. 03Place the booking link or embed on the pages where it belongs, so page context travels with it.
  4. 04Make a test booking, cancel it, and confirm both appear on the record.

Permissions

Siteleon asks to read your event types, scheduled events, invitee details and cancellations, and to create booking links that carry a reference. It never asks to change your availability, book or cancel on your behalf, or read the calendars sitting behind your Calendly account.

Where it stops

Calendly stays in charge of availability, reminders and rescheduling — Siteleon does not touch your diary. A booking made from a link pasted into an email or a message arrives without page context, and Siteleon shows it as unattributed rather than crediting a page that had nothing to do with it. Whether the appointment turned into paid work comes from your customer record or a payment connection, not from Calendly, which only knows the meeting happened.
