The things people ask in the first month, and the two things they ask in the first week.

Getting started

Describe the business, correct what Siteleon extracted, choose the outcome that matters, pick a visual direction, review the pages and publish. The order is deliberate: everything after step two is built on what you confirmed in step two.

Connecting a domain

Connect one you already own or register a new one. Where the registrar supports it the DNS records are set for you; where it does not, you are given the exact records to paste. The certificate is issued automatically once the domain resolves, and renews without anyone remembering.

Publishing and rolling back

Publishing creates a release. Every release is a restore point, so comparing the current site against the one before it and rolling back are both a decision rather than a support ticket.

Forms not delivering

The first thing to check is where the form is configured to deliver, and whether that mailbox is still in use. Siteleon records every submission independently of the email, so nothing is lost while that is sorted out — and it will alert you when a form that used to produce leads stops.

  • Check the delivery address on the form
  • Look at the submission record, which exists regardless of email
  • Check the spam controls if legitimate submissions are being rejected
  • Test from a phone as well as a desktop

Connecting other systems

Each connection asks for the narrowest permission that makes it work, and each integration page states what it never requests. Disconnecting stops data moving immediately in both directions.

Working on a phone

Reviewing today's summary, reading and approving recommendations, responding to leads, updating hours and contact details, changing text and images, and publishing a prepared change all work from a phone. Restructuring a page layout is still better on a desktop.

Getting a person

Support is by email on every plan, with response commitments set by your agreement. Priority support is a plan feature rather than a separate product.
