Understand what happened

An insight names the cause, not the number that moved.

An insight is not a number that moved. It is one factual sentence about what happened, an explanation of why, a specific change to make, and the evidence underneath if you want to check the working. On screen it reads like this: enquiries fell 18% last week — traffic held steady, but mobile visitors stopped completing the quote form after it was changed on Tuesday, and desktop was unaffected. So restore the shorter phone field, or run the old layout against the new one for a week. Siteleon shows you that change before anything touches the site.

Every insight has the same four parts

You never get a movement without a cause, or a cause without something to do about it. When Siteleon cannot explain something, it says so rather than dressing a number up as a finding. The working stays folded away until you ask to see it.

The explanation names a cause, not a metric

A chart can show you that enquiries fell. Siteleon can tell you that your maintenance page lost its place in the main menu when the navigation was rebuilt, because your pages, your edits, your campaigns and your customer record sit in one connected system. Analytics that only sees traffic has nothing to connect it to.

Nothing is changed until you approve it

An insight ends in a proposed change you can preview — the page as it would read, the form as it would behave. High-impact changes wait for a person, every time. Siteleon does not quietly rewrite your site overnight and tell you afterwards.
