What the site knows

Your website should know the business behind it.

Your company details should not be typed separately into every page that needs them. Siteleon keeps one structured record of the business — who you are, what you sell, where you work, who you sell to, your hours, your prices, your policies and the individual facts behind your claims. Pages point at those records instead of holding their own copy of the wording. Change your phone number once and Siteleon finds every page, footer, form and local page that uses it, shows you the list, and updates them together. It is also what makes generated wording dependable — drafts are written from facts a person has checked, not from whatever can be guessed out of your old page text.

Pages reference facts instead of copying them

A service page does not contain your opening hours as typed words. It points at the opening hours record and shows whatever that record currently says. The same holds for prices, coverage areas, contact points and certifications.

Change something once and see everywhere it lands

Before an update goes out, Siteleon lists everywhere the old detail appears — the five pages, two forms and the footer still carrying the old number. You approve that list and the change goes out together, rather than page by page over the next six months.

Only checked facts reach a published page

Drafts are written from records a person has confirmed, each with a source and a review date attached. Anything unverified is raised with you instead of being repeated into new pages. Changes that carry legal or pricing weight are previewed and approved before they go live.
