Siteleon builds and hosts a website for your business, keeps structured information about that business, measures what visitors do, connects the systems you authorise, and proposes changes to your digital presence.

It is not a marketing agency and does not guarantee any commercial result. Every recommendation it makes is a proposal, and the ones that matter wait for a person to approve them.

The content you write, the content Siteleon generates for you, your business knowledge, your images and your customer data belong to your account. Exporting them is a feature, not a negotiation.

Your domain remains registered to you. If you leave, you take the domain and your content with you, and we will not hold either hostage to a renewal.

Your site is not deleted the day an invoice fails. The agreement for your plan sets the grace period, what happens to a published site during it, and how long your content is retained afterwards.

Siteleon applies low-risk maintenance automatically where you have permitted it, and prepares everything else for your approval. You are responsible for the settings you choose and for the changes you approve.

Content generated for you is a draft until you publish it. You are responsible for the accuracy of claims about your own business, including any Siteleon drafted from the facts you supplied.

The acceptable use policy forms part of these terms and describes what may not be published or done through the platform.

You are responsible for the lawfulness of what you publish and for any regulated claims your trade requires you to substantiate.

Service levels, support commitments and limitations of liability are set in the agreement for your plan.

A published site is served independently of the Siteleon editor. A problem with the control plane should not take your website down, and the architecture is built for that separation rather than promising it afterwards.
