Pricing

Priced on what your business needs.

Prices are quoted rather than published, because the figure follows what the business needs: how many sites and locations you run, how deep the customer and advertising connections go, how much of the governance and permission model you use, and whether an agency is managing this for several clients. Every tier lists exactly what is in it; what varies is the figure. Nothing here is priced per AI credit or per request — you should not have to ration asking your own website a question.

Start

A serious website, built from what your business actually does.

Quoted as a flat monthly fee for one site, billed monthly or yearly — nothing metered by page, visit or edit.

A small business putting its first real digital presence in place.

  • A site built from a guided interview about your services, areas and prices — not from a blank layout you have to fill
  • Business knowledge: your services, service areas, hours, prices, guarantees and credentials held as facts your pages are written from
  • Managed infrastructure with SSL, backups and the edge protection layer included — no separate hosting bill to chase
  • Enquiry forms that record which page, search and device the enquiry came from, so you know what earned it
  • First-party analytics in plain language: what people read, what they did next, and which pages produced contact
  • A weekly read of what changed on your site and what it did, written in sentences rather than charts
  • Connect the domain you already own, with one-to-one redirects from your old addresses so nothing is orphaned

Grow

Most businesses

Everything in Start, plus the connections that turn visitors into customers.

Quoted as a flat monthly fee for one site, billed monthly or yearly — the customer, advertising and revenue tools are included rather than charged per contact.

A business actively spending time and money to win work.

  • The customer record: every enquiry becomes a contact carrying its source, the pages it read and what happened afterwards
  • Revenue attribution — connect Stripe, PayPal, Shopify, WooCommerce or your invoicing to see which pages and campaigns produced paid work in euros
  • The advertising control plane for Google Ads and Meta: spend, enquiries and won work side by side, never just clicks and impressions
  • Conversion recommendations with the reasoning shown and a preview attached — each one goes live only when you approve it
  • The content graph checks new pages against your business knowledge, so a price or a response time cannot contradict itself across the site
  • Integrations with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, HubSpot, Slack, Teams and Calendly, so enquiries arrive where your team already works
  • Traffic quality reporting that separates real prospects from bots, scrapers and misdirected clicks before you judge a month
Choose Grow

Scale

Everything in Grow, across every site, brand and location you run.

Quoted per workspace, based on how many sites and locations you run and which systems you connect — billed annually after a short scoping call.

Established and multi-location companies with more than one thing to keep in step.

  • Several sites, brands and locations in one workspace, each with its own facts, pages and reporting
  • Location-level reporting: compare branches against each other, or roll them into a single group view without rebuilding anything
  • Advanced permissions and release control — who can publish, who can only propose, scheduled releases and rollback to any earlier version
  • Automation for the routine work: routing enquiries by service and location, flagging facts that have gone stale, scheduling seasonal pages
  • Two-way sync with Salesforce or HubSpot, so won and lost work comes back to the pages and campaigns that created it
  • Advertising integration down to campaign, location and service, with budget changes proposed to you and applied on your approval
  • Priority support with a named contact, plus onboarding for the people on your team who will use it

Agency

Everything in Scale, with the workspaces, controls and terms a larger organisation needs.

Quoted annually per organisation, based on workspaces, sites and the security, data and support terms you require — agreed in writing before you start.

Agencies and larger organisations running many sites on behalf of others.

  • As many client workspaces and sites as your book needs, each isolated, each with its own facts, people and reporting
  • Single sign-on and SCIM provisioning, so staff joining or leaving your organisation is handled once rather than site by site
  • Client-level roles: give a client read-only reporting, propose-only access, or full publishing rights on their own workspace
  • Security and privacy review before onboarding — your own data processing terms, consent configuration and retention rules per client where offered
  • Custom API and integration limits for bulk builds, migrations and your internal tooling
  • A contracted service-level agreement with support response times written down rather than implied
  • Data residency and retention controls where they are available in your region, confirmed in the contract

What it is not priced on

  • Never per AI credit, token or request — you should not have to ration asking your own website a question
  • Never a charge for the traffic your site receives
  • Never a percentage of the revenue Siteleon helps you measure

Questions

Pricing, and everything around it.

What is Siteleon?

Siteleon is an intelligent digital presence platform. It builds your website, learns the facts behind your business, connects the site to your visitors, enquiries, customers and revenue, then explains what is working and proposes what to change. The build is where it starts, not what it is. What you are buying is the loop that runs afterwards — build, connect, understand, adapt.

How is this different from Wix, Squarespace or Webflow?

Those are tools for making a website, and they make good ones. Siteleon treats the site as one output of something larger: a structured record of what your business does, where, for whom and at what price, wired to what customers actually do next. When a page and your revenue disagree — the service page everyone reads produces the fewest paid jobs — Siteleon tells you, explains why it thinks so, and proposes a change you approve. You are not maintaining a website, you are keeping your presence in step with the business.

Do I have to rebuild my existing website to use Siteleon?

No. Connect the site you already have, import its pages and keep its addresses, and start with the connect and understand half of the loop. Plenty of businesses run that way for a few months, find out which pages produce enquiries and which are dead weight, then rebuild only what is worth rebuilding. If you do rebuild, your old URLs are redirected one-to-one rather than dropped.

What is business knowledge, and why does it matter?

Business knowledge is the structured record of what is true about your company: your services, service areas, opening hours, prices, guarantees, response times, credentials and the questions customers keep asking. Each item is a fact with a source and a date, not a paragraph buried in a page. That is what makes the rest possible — pages are written from facts instead of invented, and when a fact changes, every page, form and advert that depended on it is flagged. Without it you have a website; with it you have something that can adapt.

Will AI change my website without asking?

No. Changes are proposed with the reasoning and a preview, and you approve them. You set the boundary: small housekeeping like a corrected opening time or a broken link can go live on its own, while anything that changes a claim, a price or the argument of a page waits for a person. Every release is recorded, attributed and can be rolled back.

Do I own my website and my content?

Yes. Your content, your business knowledge, your domain and your customer data belong to you. You can export pages, facts, contacts and reporting at any time in open formats. Nothing about the arrangement depends on you being unable to leave.

What happens to my site if I stop paying?

Hosting and the adapt loop stop, but your content is not deleted the moment an invoice lapses. You get a wind-down window with the dates stated in plain language, during which you can export your pages, business knowledge, contacts and reporting, and point your domain wherever you want. Your domain stays yours throughout — it is registered to you, not to us.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes, and we would expect you to. Connect a domain you already own, or buy one anywhere you like and point it here; the DNS steps are shown as a short checklist with the exact values to paste. Certificates are issued and renewed by the managed infrastructure, so HTTPS is not something you have to remember. You can also run several domains and country domains against one site, with redirects handled properly.

Does Siteleon replace my CRM?

If you already run Salesforce or HubSpot, no — Siteleon connects to it, sends enquiries in and reads won and lost work back out. If you have no CRM, the customer record inside Siteleon is usually enough: the contact, where they came from, what they read, what you quoted and what happened. It is not trying to become your sales pipeline. It exists so that what happens on the site and what happens after it stop being two separate stories.

Is my site fast?

Pages are served close to your visitors through the edge protection layer, with images, fonts and scripts handled for you rather than left to you. Core Web Vitals are measured on real visits and reported next to the page they belong to, not as a single badge on a settings screen. When something slows a page — an oversized header image, a third-party script someone added — you are told which page it is and what to do. Speed here is a thing you can see and fix, not a claim.

What does Siteleon do about privacy and cookies?

You get a consent engine: a banner you configure, a record of what each visitor agreed to, and analytics that honour it. Analytics are first-party by default, so your basic reporting does not collapse when third-party cookies do. What the law requires of you depends on where you and your visitors are and on what you switch on — no platform can be compliant on your behalf, and anyone selling you automatic compliance is selling you a badge. Siteleon gives you the controls, the record and a plain-language explanation of what each setting does; the decisions stay yours.

Can my agency manage several clients?

Yes, that is what the Agency plan is for. Each client gets an isolated workspace with its own facts, sites, people and reporting, and your staff reach all of them through one login with single sign-on and SCIM. Permissions are per client, so you can give one client read-only reporting and another the right to propose changes but not publish them. Work is reviewed and released per workspace, so nothing crosses between clients by accident.

How quickly can I have something live?

A first version usually comes out of one working session — the guided interview takes about half an hour, and the site is generated from your answers. What takes longer is getting the facts right: your real prices, your actual response times, the areas you genuinely cover. That review is the valuable part and it is worth a week rather than an afternoon. Most businesses publish within days, then keep refining with the site already live.

What happens to my Google rankings if I move to Siteleon?

Nobody can promise you rankings, and you should distrust anyone who does — Google decides, not your platform. What can be controlled is done as standard: your existing addresses are kept or redirected one-to-one, canonical URLs are set, your sitemap and structured data are published, and Search Console is connected so you can watch what actually happens rather than guess. If a page was performing, its content and its address are carried across instead of being quietly renamed.

Can I edit the site myself?

Yes, and you do not need to be technical to do it. Edit a page directly the way you would expect, or change a fact once — a new price, a new service area — and Siteleon shows you every page that depended on it and proposes the updates in one pass. Anything technical, such as DNS records or redirects, is presented as a short checklist with the exact values, not as documentation to interpret.

How do I know it is not making things up about my business?

Pages are written from your business knowledge, and each claim traces back to a fact with a source and a date — that trail is called provenance and you can open it on any sentence. Where a fact is missing, you are asked a question rather than given an invented answer; Siteleon will not promise a twenty-four hour callout you never offered. Before anything is published you see what changed, why, and which facts it rests on.

Can my site run in more than one language?

Yes. A site can run several languages, each with its own addresses and canonical tags, so search engines are not shown two versions of the same page. Translations are drafted from the same facts rather than from the other language's paragraphs, which is why a price or a guarantee cannot quietly drift between your Spanish and English pages. A person still reviews each language before it goes live.

What happens when my business changes?

You change the fact once and Siteleon does the chasing. Our demo HVAC company added chiller maintenance for hotel groups, and every page, form, structured data block and advert that referenced its service list was flagged with a proposed update attached. You approve them in one pass instead of hunting through the site six months later and finding the old wording still there. That is the adapt half of the loop, and it is the part most websites never get.

Can I see what changed, and undo it?

Every change is published as a release with a record of what changed, why, who approved it and which facts it came from. You can compare any release with the one before it, in readable form rather than as code. If a release was wrong, roll the site back to a previous one. Enquiries and customer data collected in the meantime are not affected — a rollback restores your pages, not your inbox.

Does Siteleon handle bookings and payments?

It does not try to be your booking system or your checkout, and that is deliberate. It connects to Calendly, Stripe, PayPal, Shopify or WooCommerce, puts the booking or payment where it belongs on the page, and then reads the result back so a booking or a paid invoice sits next to the page and campaign that produced it. For work quoted offline, such as an annual maintenance contract, you record the value against the contact and it attributes the same way.

What does Siteleon actually do with my Google Ads account?

With your permission, the advertising control plane reads your spend and clicks and matches them to enquiries and paid work in euros. A campaign then reads, for example, as spent €2,100, produced 34 enquiries, and nine became maintenance contracts — an example of the screen, not a result we are claiming for you. Changes to budgets, keywords or landing pages are proposed with the reasoning and applied only when you approve them. Nothing is spent on your behalf without that approval.

Is my business data used to train AI models?

No. Your business knowledge, your content and your customer data are used to run your presence and nothing else. Your prices, your margins and your customer list are not pooled with anyone else's and your competitors never see them. If that ever needed to change, you would be asked first, and declining would not affect your service.
