Here the technical detail is the point, so it is specific: what the assistant can see and what it is never allowed to do, where your site is built and served, what keeps working when part of the platform does not, and how to report a flaw you have found. Two commitments matter more than everything else here, and both are contractual rather than reassuring — your published website keeps serving when our control plane does not, and your content is never used to train shared models. Where we do not hold something, we say so rather than implying it.
Your website does not depend on our editor
Publishing compiles your site and hands it to the edge protection layer, which serves it without asking our application anything. If the editor, the assistant or the control plane is unavailable, your pages still load and your enquiry forms still accept submissions. That separation is how the system is built, not something we try to hold together on the day.
Scoped to one workspace, one person's permissions
The assistant has no login to a database and no access to infrastructure. It works through tools with named read and write scopes, and it inherits the permissions of whoever asked — an editor cannot use it to do an owner's job. Changes your visitors would notice go through a proposal and a human approval before they are live.
Your content is never training data
Your pages, business facts, leads, customer records and commercial figures are not used to train shared models. Model providers are engaged under terms that prohibit training on your content, and they appear on our subprocessor list. It is a term of the contract, not a toggle in a settings screen.
