Acceptable use

This policy applies to every website published through Siteleon and to everything done through the product. It forms part of the terms.

Content that is unlawful where it is served, infringes someone else's rights, or impersonates a person or organisation you are not.

Malware, phishing pages, or anything designed to deceive a visitor about who they are dealing with.

Claims about your business you cannot substantiate, including regulated claims your trade requires evidence for. Siteleon will draft from the facts you give it; it cannot verify that those facts are true.

Send unsolicited bulk email, or import contact data you have no lawful basis to hold.

Attempt to reach another customer's account, site or data, or to probe the platform outside the responsible disclosure process.

Resell raw platform capacity as if it were your own infrastructure. Agencies managing client sites are expected and provided for; that is a different thing.

You may not attempt to use the AI to act outside your own permissions, or to place instructions in page content, form submissions or imported material intended to change how it behaves. That content is treated as data by design, and attempting it is a breach of this policy regardless.

We would rather tell you about a problem than take a site down. Where we can, we will contact you first. Where content is causing active harm — phishing, malware, an ongoing attack — we may act first and tell you immediately afterwards.
