Siteleon validates every submission on the server rather than trusting the browser, applies spam and rate controls, and treats every attachment as untrusted until it has been checked and stored away from the pages your site serves. Submissions travel encrypted and land in the customer record, not in one person's inbox. Every submission carries a delivery record: what was sent, when it arrived, where it was routed and whether it was delivered. So when somebody says they filled in your form last Tuesday and heard nothing, you can answer them instead of apologising.
Validation happens on the server, not the browser
Checks in the browser are a courtesy to honest visitors and no obstacle to anyone else. Every field is checked again on arrival, so malformed or deliberately crafted input is rejected before it reaches your data or the inbox of whoever handles quotes.
Attachments are treated as untrusted until checked
File type and size are enforced, uploads are scanned, and they are stored apart from anything the site serves rather than handed back as a public link. A customer can send four photos of a plant room without that becoming a risk you carry.
Every submission leaves a record
Routing, timing and delivery are logged per submission, so a lead that went missing is a question with an answer rather than an argument. What the form collects, how long it is kept and what the visitor consented to are configured by you in the privacy settings.
