The assistant sees one workspace, borrows one person's permissions, and asks before anything a visitor would notice.
Siteleon's assistant cannot query your data directly. For each request, a context broker assembles exactly what that task needs — the page being edited, the business facts, the figures from the analytics engine, the relevant records from the customer record — all scoped to your workspace and filtered through the permissions of the person who asked. It acts only through tools with explicit read or write scopes, so there is no path from a question to raw infrastructure. Website text, form submissions, imported pages and anything else your visitors supply are treated as data and never as instructions — a paragraph pasted into your contact form cannot tell the assistant to do something. Every action it takes is recorded with the person who approved it, what changed, and what it changed from.
Context is assembled per request, not granted once
The assistant receives a constructed brief for the task in front of it, not standing access to your account. A request to rewrite a maintenance page pulls that page, the related business facts and its enquiry figures — not your payment records, and not another workspace's anything. When a fact it needs is missing, it tells you it is missing instead of inventing one.
Anything a visitor would see is approved first
Publishing a page, changing prices or service areas, altering a redirect, editing consent text and connecting a commercial system all arrive as a proposal with a before-and-after view and a reason. You approve, edit or decline. Low-risk housekeeping such as a draft or an internal note can run without a prompt, and everything is reversible from the release history.
Excluded by contract, exportable on request
Nothing you keep in Siteleon — pages, business facts, leads, customer records, commercial figures — is used to train shared models, and the providers we engage are bound by the same restriction in their own terms. Our data processing agreement carries the commitment and our subprocessor list names everyone involved. You can export all of it, and when you delete it the deletion reaches the working stores that hold AI context as well.
