Instead of a menu of everything the product can do, it offers the few things worth doing where you are. It also hides what you are not permitted to do, so an action you cannot authorise is not sitting there to be clicked.
It inherits the page you are on
Context comes from where you opened it: the page, the campaign, the enquiry, the report. You can say "this" and "here" like you would to a colleague standing beside you. Nothing has to be re-described before it can be acted on.
It shows only what your role allows
The same bar offers different things to the owner, the office manager and an agency contributor. Someone without budget authority is not shown the option to release advertising spend, and someone without publishing rights sees "propose" where an owner sees "publish". Permissions shape the suggestions, not just the error message afterwards.
Build, change, explain or connect in one field
You do not have to know whether your request is a content job, an analytics question or a settings change. "Why did enquiries drop last week", "create a page for chiller servicing" and "connect our Google Ads account" all start in the same box.
