What the site knows
Describe what you sell once, in the place everything reads from.
Most websites describe the same service four times and slightly differently each time. Here each service or product is one record: what it is, who it is for, where it is available, what it costs or how pricing works, and the one message that matters most. The commercial maintenance record says who it is for — hotels, restaurants and property managers — where it runs, that pricing goes by contract and system count, and that the point is preventing downtime rather than fixing breakdowns. A service page, a quote form, an FAQ answer and a local page then all describe the same thing the same way. Add solar installation later and you add a record, not four pages of copy you then have to keep in step.
Coverage and audience travel with the service
Emergency repair being available in Valencia but not yet in Alicante is a property of the service, not a sentence someone remembered to edit. Pages built for Alicante do not offer it, and the Alicante enquiry form does not present it as an option.
Pricing is a rule, not a typed number
Call-out fees, contract rates, per-unit maintenance pricing and what is included sit in price rules. Change the contract rate and Siteleon lists the pages, FAQs and quote forms that depend on it. Nothing about price goes live until you have said yes to it.
Adding a service is a business change
Put solar installation into your services and Siteleon prepares what it touches: the service page, the navigation entry, the coverage statement, the related FAQs and where those enquiries should route. You review the set and publish it, rather than briefing a page and finding the gaps months later.
Business Knowledge
The rest of this area.
One record of how your business actually works, so every page, form and footer reads from the same facts.
Company
Names, hours, contact points and the claims you are allowed to make — recorded once, read by every page.
Locations
Where you operate and what each place offers. Add a location and Siteleon prepares everything that depends on it.
Audiences
Who each page is written for, and what that reader actually worries about, so drafts stop sounding like everyone else.
Brand Voice
How the business sounds and what it never says, applied to everything generated rather than re-explained each time.
Facts
Single statements with a status, a source and a review date. Unchecked ones are marked, not quietly repeated.
Provenance
Where each statement came from, who checked it, when, and which pages depend on it. Shown when trust matters.
