Consent and tracking
Your banner lists what is genuinely loading on your pages.
Before a banner is written, the consent engine scans the published site and reports every cookie and script it finds, grouped by what each one does in plain language. Run it on the Valencia HVAC site and the scan turns up a chat widget a colleague embedded on the contact page two years ago, setting cookies nobody had declared. You then decide which groups appear on the banner and how they are described, and the banner is styled to match the site rather than sitting on it like a foreign object. A preference centre stays reachable from the footer, so a visitor can reopen the same choices weeks later without contacting you. When a category is switched off, the scripts in it are held back and do not load — the banner describes behaviour rather than apologising for it.
The scan finds what you had forgotten
Trackers usually arrive inside something useful: a booking form, a review widget, a map. Each appears in the same inventory as your analytics, with what it sets and why, so nothing is filed as essential simply because it has always been there.
Visitors can change their minds later
A permanent link opens the preference centre again with the current choices already reflected. A change takes effect on the next page view, without an email to you and without anyone having to find the right person to ask.
A declined category does not load
Scripts are withheld until the visitor allows the group they belong to, so the site behaves the way the banner says it does. If a tracker is added later and falls into a declined group, it is withheld on the same terms without anyone rewriting the banner.
