Automotive

Your garage online — prices, bookings and the customer who comes back.

Nobody rings a garage to browse. They ring because something is due, something is making a noise, or a warning light came on this morning — and what they want first is a price and a slot. Siteleon holds your service tiers, prices, test dates, courtesy car rules and opening times as facts, and builds the booking around the vehicle details you need up front. Then it keeps the customer, the vehicle and the next due date together, so the relationship does not end at the counter.

Servicing, testing, tyres, diagnostics — and half our customers only find out we do the rest when we tell them at the desk. The site is a phone number and a photo of the workshop. People want a price and a slot before they ring anyone.
Illustrative of the trade, not a customer quote.

For garages, bodyshops and dealers whose customers are either due or gone.

The pages a automotive site actually needs

  • Book a Service
  • Vehicle Testing & Inspection
  • Repairs & Diagnostics
  • Tyres, Brakes & Batteries
  • Prices
  • Find Us & Opening Hours

Siteleon proposes this structure from what you tell it about the business, then you change whatever it got wrong before anything is built on it.

What matters here

What is different about automotive.

Price and availability decide the call

Fixed-price work — servicing tiers, the annual test, diagnostics, tyres — should be stated, because otherwise the call goes to whoever published theirs. Prices are held once as facts and read by every page that quotes them. The booking form asks for registration and mileage, so the job is half priced before anyone picks up the phone.

A customer has a due date

A vehicle has a service interval and a test date, which means a return visit you already know is coming. The customer record keeps the vehicle, the work done and what falls due next, so the reminder is a stored fact rather than somebody's memory. Repeat work links back to the enquiry that started the relationship.

Most of your work is invisible online

Air conditioning regas, EV servicing, sensor calibration, bodywork, fleet contracts — much of what you do never reaches the site, so customers find out at the desk or not at all. Each service is stored once and gets a page saying who it is for, what it costs and how long it takes. Fleet and trade enquiries are separated from retail in the enquiry record.
